The Brewers have a new addition to their outfield: a National League Central Division champion pennant went up Monday morning. While the team prepares for another successful season, even another pennant, it hopes to includes help from National League MVP Ryan Braun.Since celebrating the NL Central championship, Miller Park has grown quiet, but now the Brewers' successful season is forever mounted with a new pennant."It's great to look up there and see part of the history for the Brewers, that there have been four playoffs appearances and hopefully, a few more in the near future," said Teddy Werner of the Milwaukee Brewers. It's a future that could be in jeopardy after Braun tested positive for a banned drug.Facing a possible 50-game suspension, Braun accepted his NL MVP award over the weekend in New York and alluded to the pending matter for the first time."I've chose to view every challenge I've ever faced as an opportunity, and this will be no different. I've always believed that a person's character is revealed through the way they deal with those moments of adversity," Braun said. The Brewers can't comment on the investigation. A team spokesman told 12 News Braun will be back in Milwaukee this weekend for Brewers on DeckUntil a decision comes down, the Brewers say nothing changes, including Braun being on the roster for spring training next month.Right now, the plan is for him to participate in full activities, and I know he's excited about it. We had a great opportunity to spend a little time with him before the dinner on Saturday, and the guy's very upbeat, and he's looking forward to the season," said Tyler Barnes of the Brewers. The Brewers said the possible breach of confidentiality with Braun's case could compromise the decision. It also makes it difficult for baseball and Braun to move forward.
