Pinch-hitter Hector Sanchez drove a single to left in the 11th inning with the bases loaded to give the Giants a 4-3 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers at AT&T Park Sunday.

The Giants, after blowing a 3-2 lead in the ninth, staged their winning rally against Milwaukee's sixth pitcher, right-hander Tim Dillard. Buster Posey opened the inning with a single, and after Emmanuel Burris pinch-ran, Angel Pagan sacrificed the winning run to second. Brandon Belt was intentionally walked and Ryan Theriot walked to load the bases.

Dillard worked back from a 3-0 count to 3-2 against Sanchez, but the rookie catcher punched a ball into left to win the game. Javier Lopez (3-0), who got the final out of the 11th inning, got the victory.

Matt Cain gave up just six hits and two runs over the first seven innings and struck out 10 but was deprived of his second victory. After Cain left with a 3-2 lead, Sergio Romo pitched a perfect eighth inning and Santiago Casilla was a strike away from saving his sixth game in six opportunities, but former Giant Travis Ishikawa doubled to left-center on a 3-2 pitch with two out to tie the game.

Ishikawa's hit, which just eluded the grasp of center fielder Pagan, drove home Corey Hart, who had reached on an error by third baseman Conor Gillaspie to open the inning.

The Giants, who had scored one run or less in three of Cain's five starts entering the game, fell behind 1-0 in top of the first inning on an

Aramis Ramirez's RBI bloop single, but responded immediately with two runs in the bottom of the first.

Gregor Blanco opened the rally with a walk and scored on Gillaspie's double into the right-field corner. Melky Cabrera moved Gillaspie to third with a single to left, and after Buster Posey struck out, Gillaspie scored when Pagan avoided being doubled up on a grounder to second base.

The Giants went up 3-1 in the bottom of the fourth when Pagan opened the inning with a double to right -- which extended his hitting streak to a major league best 20 games â€" and scored on a Ryan Theriot single to left.

The Brewers got a run closer in the top of the sixth on Ramirez's sacrifice fly, scoring Rickie Weeks. Weeks had doubled with one out and advanced to third on a Ryan Braun infield single.
